I have lived on the Isle of Man since I was five years old. Over that time, I have seen a great many changes some I have agreed with, and some I have not. What has never changed is my deep connection to this Island and especially to the south.

I lived in Port Erin for seven years. I know the villages, the businesses, the daily frustrations, and the people. Although I now live just next door in the Castletown area, Rushen is still very much part of my family’s life my children attend Castle Rushen High School. I have returned to the south because this is where my heart is.

I am the founder of A Little Piece of Hope, a local charity set up in memory of my stillborn daughter Hope. For more than a decade the charity has provided practical support to bereaved families and to families of seriously ill and disabled children right across the Island. That work has taught me what real help looks like – and how often families are left fighting systems that should be supporting them.

I am standing for election because Rushen needs a strong, practical, and approachable voice in the House of Keys. Someone who understands the pressures on ordinary families, who listens to older residents as carefully as to young parents, and who will work hard on the issues that affect daily life in Port Erin, Port St Mary, and the wider parish.

I am not a career politician. I am a mother, a charity founder, a neighbour, and someone who cares deeply about this community. If chosen, I will bring that same practical, people-first approach to Tynwald.
