Sensible Immigration that puts the Island first

Immigration policy must support the real needs of our economy and public services while protecting housing, healthcare, and the quality of life for people already living here.

I favour:
Clear, practical rules that help fill genuine skills gaps including in hospitality, care, and other key sectors, without placing extra strain on local families and communities.
Ensure local people get a genuine first chance at jobs before employers can recruit from off-Island.
A balanced approach that recognises both the contribution of migrant workers and the pressure that uncontrolled growth can place on housing, schools, and health services.
